A Very Hygge Hanukkah

Nothing says cozy like Hanukkah...except for maybe a Scandinavian Christmas.  During this hybrid cooking/eating workshop, Teaching Chef Kate Sonders Solomon will demonstrate how to prepare a Hanukkah feast that’s flavored and inflected by Scandinavia.  You’ll nosh on a smorgasbord featuring latkes with homemade gravlax and pickled vegetables, Scandinavian breads and crackers, meatballs with lingonberry sauce, salads, and other delicious seasonal items.  Only two spots left, sign up here!
